The Dream of the Dead.
Albus walks
into the grey and gloomy clearing in front of him. He looks behind him. He was
leaving the beautiful green and grassy valley to go into a miserable dump. He
turns back towards the clearing. How can such a merry old place be separated
from this wretched place with one straight line? Albus sighs. He feels
something that nags him to go there. The feeling is strong. He takes a deep breath, closes his eyes and
steps into the clearance. He opens his eyes slowly. He sees a dead corpse ahead
of him. His eyes widen. He runs toward it and when he reaches it. He feels
tired. When he sees whose body lay in front of him, he gasps and his tiredness
rushes out of him and is replaced with grief. He whispers, “Dad?”, and when he
hears no reply, he faints.
Meanwhile,
Harry is in a place that looks like not Earth but also not Space. He is then is
hit with a blinding light. The light is replaced by a gorgeous woman with waist
length deep red hair. She has features and eyes exactly like Harry. Harry is
simply stunned. Then a thought hits him. “Mum?”, he breathed. She nodded. He
looked around, “Heaven?”, he said like a baby. He rushes forward. Lily takes
him in her arms. One was filled with happiness the other with proudness to see
her son as he is and both full of joyful tears.
We come to
the gloomy clearing again. Albus is conscious now. He stares at his father
looking for the slightest movement to claim his father was still amongst the
living. He checked his pulse and eyes. Nothing. He heard someone behind him. He
pulled his wand from the sleeve of his robes. He saw a lady and two men. They
didn’t look human or ghost. They didn’t look living or dead. Two of them were
identical to the dead Harry. The only difference was the shorter one of them
had hazel eyes and a longer nose. The taller man and the woman had their eyes
exact shape as Albus. Albus stared from
the Harry sprawled on the floor and the one that was standing erect. He
muttered, “Dad? Granddad? Grand mum?” They all nodded. The lady spoke. She had
a caressing voice. “Albus, your father has a choice to make. He can come with
us to heaven or he stay with you as a ghost. I thought it would only be fair if
we asked you for your opinion. What do you think, darling?” This was too much
to digest for Albus. Since he went back in time to save his father and saw his
Grandmother, he was longing to talk to her. Someone pulled them back. A voice
hissed, “They do not belong with you. They belong to heaven. This is not their
rightful place. You go, boy.” Albus shrieked. He yelled, “Dad, no come back.
Granddad! Grand mum! Come back! PLEASE!
Then a voice, a familiar voice. A kind voice. “Albus, wake up, wake up.”
Albus tumbled off his bed. He yelled. He broke into a cold sweat. “No. Dad’s
not dead. He’s not dead.” Scorpius stared at him. “What happened? You
woke the entire room up. I’m worried. That’s saying something. I’m never
worried.” Albus jerkily stook up. He stumbled out of the room. Scorpius
followed. Albus went to the Owlery. He took a piece of parchment and wrote,
Dad,
Are you OK?
I had a dream. I think you and me are very alike. The famous Harry Potter and
his son have ridiculous dreams
Albus
He sent the
letter and waited. Scorpius went up to him. “What dream? What aren’t you
telling me?”
Albus faced him. He was pale and sweaty and looked petrified. “I had a dream where I saw my grandparents. My dad’s parents not Grand mum and Granddad Weasley. Dad was dead they came back to me asking if my dad should live with them or come back to life as a ghost. Someone pulled them away. Then you woke me up. Scorpius stares. "There's someone out there bidding their time. She's come back. Everyone knew someday that a Death Eater would come to get revenge. And of all Death Eaters it had to be her." Albus and Scorpius look petrified..........
